Our client recently purchased a charming property that came with a unique challenge it lacked a true second floor and included only a single bedroom. Understanding their vision for a home that could welcome and comfortably host extended family, we set out to design a thoughtful and functional second-floor addition.

The proposed design includes a new dormer and expanded upper level that will transform the home’s livability while maintaining its character. Due to the property’s non-conforming lot size, the project requires a variance. We’ve completed the schematic design phase, and the plans are now under review as we await approval to move forward with final construction drawings.
