Addition and Renovation

After collaborating with the Hauser family on their basement renovation, it became clear their home needed to grow with them. As their family expanded, so did their needs and that called for a thoughtful second-story addition.

We designed a spacious new master suite and reimagined the children's bedrooms to create a layout that better supports their day-to-day life. At the front, we introduced a welcoming entry vestibule and a charming portico to enhance both curb appeal and functionality. In the back, a cozy roofed area now offers a perfect spot for seating and eventually, a swing connecting indoor comfort with outdoor moments.

To complete the transformation, we widened the driveway and added detailed exterior finishes that brought the entire vision to life. This wasn’t just an extension it was an evolution, crafted for a family growing into their next chapter.
