Habitat for Humanity Bay Shore New Build

We’re honored to share that this marks our very first collaboration with Habitat for Humanity  a mission-aligned opportunity to design a home that will serve as a foundation for a deserving family’s future.

The task: create a single-story residence on a non-conforming lot, with minimal variances and maximum livability. It was a challenge we embraced with care and intention. Despite the constraints, we successfully designed a functional and welcoming three-bedroom home that meets zoning requirements with just a single variance for lot size.

This project represents more than architectural problem-solving it reflects our commitment to designing spaces that support life, growth, and community. We’re proud of the thoughtful balance between regulatory limitations and real-world comfort, and we can’t wait to see this home take shape once variances are approved and permits are in hand.
