Working with an architecture firm across every phase of a project eliminates the gaps that create problems, including miscommunication between consultants, redesign during construction, decisions made without architectural oversight. At Rooted, Katherine and her team are present from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.

What This Package Includes
- Feasibility Study confirming zoning, site constraints, and project viability
- In-person site consultation with measurements of existing conditions
- Existing Conditions documentation where applicable
- Conceptual Design featuring 2–3 preliminary design layouts to explore different planning and layout approaches
- 1 to 2 Schematic Design options, including floor plans, elevations, and colored renderings
- Design Development with interior finishes and final renderings, if interior design is included, or coordination with interior designer. Also, coordinate equipment where applicable.
- Three to Four Design Meetings, one after each design phase, to review options and gather feedback.
- Three to Four rounds of revisions after each meeting to further develop drawings.
- Full Construction Documents.
- Bidding and Negotiation support, billed at hourly rate
- Permitting support, handled by Rooted or an expeditor depending on jurisdiction
- Construction Administration, with weekly or bi-weekly site visits billed at hourly rate

Every full-service engagement begins with a complimentary consultation. Katherine will meet with you to understand your project, your goals, and your timeline. From there, a detailed scope and fee proposal is developed based on the specific needs of your project.
